Charlie Brown is national counsel for Consumers for Dental Choice and founder and president of the World Alliance for Mercury-Free Dentistry. In the fight for mercury-free healthcare, Mr. Brown was the key legal player in the worldwide movement to eliminate mercury amalgams, bringing mercury-free dentistry into the mainstream by challenging state dental boards, the American Dental Association and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
He currently specializes in antitrust, consumer protection, and administrative and government relations. Mr. Brown has argued a case before the U.S. Supreme Court, was twice elected Attorney General of West Virginia, and is the author of First Get Mad, Then Get Justice: The Handbook for Crime Victims. He graduated from Denison University (Phi Beta Kappa) and Yale Law School.
